Help with Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE 8205

Hi, we have Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE 8205 we can't seem to use it on network we tried Static IP and DHCP looking at the switch router the internet port light comes on when we plug in the 8205 in to the switch it located in small office with no server we are only using SOHO Router Switch is there factory rest we need to do?
