In the article there is a claim of running "wet on wet" with the dry offset process. Wet on wet printing is not suitable to dry offset where there is a common blanket. The plate technology will not be able to get around this fundamental problem. Wet on wet is tried at times but if one looks closely at the print with magnification, trapping failure is seen often. One can not run CMYK process on a dry offset press for this reason. Marketing is stretching the facts a bit, as usual. :)
