We have had ours for a few years now. And it works good on cover stock. But when it comes to paper weight 100lb gloss. It is inconsistent on several levels. Sometimes it works ok then next day the crease won't match up with the fold.
Will have terrible feeding issues I know there are a variate of environmental issues (static, humidity, but I think it is more then that.) More that it just doesn't like paper weight and unless the stars align you wont be able to run it. We run short run tri-folds on 100lb gloss on our digital machine and it is a pain. Traditional folder cracks where the fold is. Does anyone know of any tricks to get this to work. The stock is withing the machines paper weight so it should work.

If you don't have the narrow or ultra narrow (rare) creasing blade, turn your existing blade upside down for thinner stocks.

we have the same machine. alot of paper bending, messing with the air flow its all a matter of beating it into submission. on bigger jobs we still use a platten.
