HI Forumer,
need your help.
My Galileo show up a problem, it has two interlocks with problems.
It seems one gives a false signal so the machine doesn't work.
Any hint/ideas/workaround to solve this problem?
Every suggestion it's more than appreciated.
Thanks a lot!

Hi Gianni_S,

1. Check the "bad" interlocks for 24V on OUT wire when you push it ON. (to prove that are correct)
2. Look the two "bad" interlocks - if are both on one wire - clean up and tight up that wire on interlock board

I put off the interlock pin from panel and put on into interlock direrctly.
Finally I found one wire on board which had bad contact, I clean and tight up it and my failure has gone.

Thanks a lot, i solved bypassing it and resetting the main interlocks board. It took some courage and a couple of minutes ;)
