Plate developer and heater

After 2500 B1 plate developed at Kodak T 300 and Kodak plates, heater looked like this.
How average to you after you go clean plate developer?

That could be caused by bad circulation - especially if it was the first fill of a new chemistry never used before ( Reason it could be stronger and clean the old stuff from pipes and pumps and block the filter with debris thus cause loss of circulation ) If this was the cause after a good manual clean or filled with fresh T300 and left circulating without a filter for an hour at 5-7c higher temperature than recommended = works as a cleaner . Then the 2nd bath should be cleaner when you drop it .
