Cron 46 focus adjustment problem

Hi guys, I need a little advice.
Shaft connecting motor 2511M with screw which adjust focus went broke.

Also 2120S sensor needed to be adjusted.
Now when we expose focus test with parameters 20 times, -50 or -100 steps have no influence on image exposed on the plate. Every strip look the same.
It looks like I'm way out of focus.

In service manual there is no explanation how to replace shaft between focus motor and focus screw.
Can you please give me some clues?

Solved. It was way too far from proper focus range. Chris
