Hi since i am new in DI press (Heidelberg GTO DI 4 color Presstek with Pearl) i wanted to ask a few questions:
1. What is the proper packing plate/blanket. Plates are from ctp 0,15mm -Toray- since imaging is not used and blankets i think are solids 1,95mm.
2. How much torque in newtons is needed to achieve a good and tight fit of blanket -if needed-
3. Temperature of oscillators and how it affects drying
4. A way to set ink keys instead of using DI software and outside RIP, like Presspercent -ink settings are sent to cpc via Harlequin/DI Write but are not accurate enough needs manual adjustments of key zones/ductors unless there is a way to adjust profile of ink keys of cpc console-
