Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had a telephone number to contact support for Prinergy Workflow system/servers...
We are set up with Partner Place but I would prefer calling to initiate a support request...
So far I have been unable to find any numbers...
I just want them to take a look at our 3 workflow servers to verify that they're in a good state...
One of the servers is supposed to function as a hot spare / backup, but the jobs seem to be separate on both of them...
The process templates and setup seem to be the same, however...
A few weeks ago we got hit with a crypto virus that encrypted some of the files on each server... some core system files it appears...
Any advice?
