Need Help, Sakurai Oliver 258EII Error

Hello everyone,

We have Sakurai Oliver 258EII with APC, and we have problem with the machine, so now the unit is stop working state, when we turning on the machine for the first time, in the seven segment which show the speed giving error code number 00, and the machine cannot be use for work at all.

Has anybody had problem like this before? and know wha the error code 00 mean and how to solve it ?
