Flow measurement system for ink to be pumped to the presses

Hi everybody,
The system here is heat set presses where the inks are being pumped from a stationary storage tanks.
My question is as below:
Is there any Ink amount control system to be pumped to each press? Does anybody have any information about it?
The aim for this is to connect the pumping system to the computer and calculate how much ink used in any specific job also to take into cost analysis?
