I have a question for the forum> We have a Komori and we also change sheet sizes often. Is it common practice to change the coating blanket when you drop to a smaller sheet size. Example 25x38 down to 23x35.

Yes, coating must not extend beyond the sheet edge nor cover the color bars which would interfere with desitometer readings.

Some shops have blankets cut ready to go for a specific sheet size, others cut the packing to fit to the sheet size.
Here, We cut the packing

Change the blanket, no. Unless it was smashed or damaged..... Changing the packing is a must.
