Hi we have recently installed a used Ryobi 524GX + Coater from overseas. We got the coater up and running 2 weeks ago after some initial problems with it (lost the entire computer program for it so would not start). We are having problems with the coater shutting down while running. We will be running and all of a sudden it shuts down and entire press shuts down (still has power though). We have to jog press to get sheets out of press and then have to raise coater and drop again to reengage...sometimes takes a few times to get it to happen.
Usually it was happening later in the day after to coater had been running for a few hours but today started shutting down after 1 hour. It shuts down so frequently that I can't run the coater.
Has anyone else ever experienced this type of thing?
