I run a '92 Heidelberg CD 102 and I'm wondering where should the anti-static bar be located? My press has a standard delivery and the anti-static bar is located a few inches after the powder sprayer, at the same hight. To me, that seems way to far away from the sheet, which explains why I never see much or any difference when I turn it on. I can't find any paper work on it so I don't know what its "effective range" is. Your suggestions greatly appreciated!
