www.eci.org - download the ECI_Offset_2007 package. FOGRA 39L is an implementation of ISO 12647-2, although certain colors are out of spec. You can purchase a copy of the standard from
ISO - International Organization for Standardization.
You could also perform a G7 calibration to come very, very close to the standard. You can get the information for that procedure from
IDEAlliance.
FOGRA39L will, most likely, not apply to your web presses.
