Automating Adobe Acrobat Batch Sequence?
I'm currently trying to set up a workflow with a IN and OUT folder, and an Acrobat Batch Sequence running the PDF Optimizer that is built in to Acrobat.
Is there anyway to automate the running of the batch process unattended, maybe through Windows Task Scheduler or command prompt, without forking out for a 3rd party program?
During my search for an answer I've come across answers to do with Adobe Javascript controlling the Acrobat program, but I'm not too hot with code.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated!

No, there is no way to automate a Batch operation - short of automating the UI elements.
