HP Indigi 5500 Digital some PDf text are not Printing

We have HP Indigo 5500 Digital Machine, we are inserting text to acrobat Professional and same is not printing in HP Indigo so please advice how can we print in HP Indigo.

Can you post the file for a more accurate answer. a quickfix to convert the fonts to outlines might fix your problem.2) save the file as a postscript and distill again.

If it is a negative text, like white text over a black background, check if colors overprint option is marked. It shouldn't.
I don't recommend printing large amount of text outlined. It is going to take some time to get them processed.

Also check what kind of font and that it is embedded in the PDF. You may still have issues with your RIP. The Rip has more to say than the press when it comes to text dissapearing.

Are you using a preflight solution (such as Markzware's Flightcheck?). If not, perhaps if you add this in your workflow you'll save time and reduce wastes on problematic PDF files.

We had same problem with 3500, make sure you are up to date with all RIP patches and i-fixes from indigo
