Indesign plugin (3rd party)

I know that I have seen advertising for a plugin for INDD that will do the following. Please help me find this.
I have customers that send in pics that are 16 percent. They make the entire file large and the pdf ridiculous. I know there is an indd plugin that will find that16 percent, open in Phtotoshop, resize to 16 percent and bring it back in.

There are also freely available, non-commercial scripts that do the same thing (although I am sure that the plug-in is more productive).
