    Default LP82 - replenishment rates

Hello Folks - I was wondering what developer replenishment rates others have set on their LP82? Also, does having Concept 7 create a need to change these rates?

Currently I am running C7 and these are my rates - 200ml/m2 and 100ml/hr

Also, can you reduce these and if so, how?

    Thanks
    cj

Developer /replenishment rates are set by the Processor supplier based on

    1) The plate type you are running and
    2) The Chemistry you are using
    3) The production speed of your imager

It is not recommended you start changing values unless you are running specific trials. To ask what other people are running without knowing this other information is dangerous to your operation.

I had asked because the Processor's manual has figures that are less that what is reported by the Console. I'd hate to be wasting developer ($) when the machine could be more optimized.

In my case I am running LAP V Ultra plates using Ultra Developer in a Galileo VS with a 60mW laser.

    Thanks for your response,
    cj

Concept 7 was the maximum optimization for LP 82.
No more miracles could be expected

Most Lap-v processors are set at 170ml/m2

Thanks PKS, I thought it was a little high.
Would you know of a way to change replenishment rates?

"Most Lap-v processors are set at 170ml/m2"

It really is a bad idea to whistle just because the next guy does.

You don't know the Speed at which comparative processors are being used at, why would you want to take a risk of your plate going blind?

Well, it's a educated risk let's call it... the manual says 150ml/m2 - I have 200ml/m2 set - someone tells me 170... sounds safe to me. Thank you for voicing your concerns though, I will let all know how things go.
