exit jum olp 20/25

HI, i have a avantra 25s olp 20/25, i need the manual for the processor because i have a problem with the configuration. When the film finish on control panel light exit jum... but the film is out... so, how can i do???? is configuration problem??? have anyone the user manual or service manual for this olp 20/25???

Try to check exit sensor first. Plug, position, etc.
If the processor does not stop at all - check the optocoupler of main motor encoder: probably it shifted up or down and can't read black disk slots.
Service manual is AGFA confidential document and it's still illegal to share such a kind of documents without AGFA's permission.
