    Default taipan+dongle problems

    Hi everyone!
    We purchased a Avantra 30 and Taipan RIP 3.0. If I install it on my PC (Win NT 4.0), everything go fine. But when I start the RIP, it says, no dongle found. The dongle is in LPT, all drivers are installed, and the dongle comunicates (i tryed it with the software that comes with the dongle). Has anybody some idea, where the problem could be?

    May be your donle damaged (empty of data).
    You have WIBU Dongle Repair program file somewhere in Tools at RIP folder - read the manuals how to check the Dongle content.

    Also be sure that you have properly installed the Sentinel Driver. Also just plug in the dongle at LPT port and do not connect anything else.

    Sentinel Driver? As far as I remember, Taipan is using a WIBU dongle, not a Sentinel.
