    Default help avantra 20/25 error 06

    please help me how to clear my problem, in the display show error, i have already to fixx this by check all media way, nothing wrong, i want ask which one utilities screen show me step to fixx this problem (show me with screen shoot) please, thank's..

    What do you mean saying "nothing wrong", tsuba?
    Do you have the film completely loaded into the drum and pressed to its surface?
    There are NO service utilities at the Avantra Control Panel.
    AGFA Service use a special diagnostics software, connecting serviceman's laptop to Avantra via special cable.

    very urgent,,
    "nothing wrong" mean there are no something dusty in loaded drum..

    now i have new problem with error 06 massage display in control panel, and motor take-up it doesn't work..?? i have already change it with new motor.. and i was use avantra remote diagnostics v2.63 with my computer in my display was report "TKup allign motor failed (APIS Command failed)".
    i want ask:
    1. how to solve that problem..?
    2. do you have new version of this software diagnotisc , sir?

    Does your new TkUp motor rotate at all without TU Cassette?

    yes i have test it, and okey ( that motor are moving/rotate)... but the problem is in diagnotist display of my computer shows TKup allign motor failed and then show APIS command failed..

    1. Drive wheel in the TU cassette lost small metallic reflector. Look at small hole (bottom right side of the cassette) and make one turn of drive wheel... or remove the cassette top cover and inspect that wheel
    2. Optocoupler (which has to recognize that reflector) broken or disconnected.
    3. SDM board (TU side) has a deffect.

    AGFA service representative could give you more details being on-site.
