I feel your pain, but there is not much I can do for you You will need to see a service specialist to see if the problem can be attended to.

    Default Avantra 44

    Hassan,

You better post your problem for everybody. Contacting individual wouldn't get you anywhere.

That's a doubled error, actually you have 1mm.
Spinner motor installed unparallel to drum axis.

I am surprised. Very surprised. Installing a Spinner Motor is such a big deal. Follow my instruction step by step. Max 25 minutes included BOl. We have done this more thab 15 times online.

    Really!

If you were/are a service engineer for AGFA, and you have Removed/ Installed the spinner few times, you know there is only one trick to put the spinner in the holder right.
Information cost money. You are saying the BOL can be done ONLINE. Do you think it is easy to guide a customer who doesn't know how to work with AVDIAG and UNIDIAG to Align the BOL.Most of the time they can't even manage to connect to engine.

I like to know how you guide a customer who is unfamiliar with AVDIAG to Align BOL??? Sure the safety of his machine has to be our primary concern.

    Hi,
Referring to the original post , I think you can call this "bow".
The line that is exposed in a single spinner rotation , is not straight. This is not to be confused with "skew". When you talk about skew, the fast scan line is usually straight, but is not making a 90 degree angle with the horizonal lines.

Just for my curiosity : When did this bow show up ?
It is probably related to spinner position.
So if it showed up after you took the spinner out, that would explain the situation.
The only advise then would be to re-seat the spinner. ( take out and position again , carefully )
Don´t worry about possible the SW tools that other people mention.
Bow is a Hardware problem. It can not be solved by SW.

If you never touched the spinner it would be much harder to understand.

Forgot to include the spinner positioning advise.
Caution : This is top secret , straight out of the Agfa service manual.

1 : Orient the alignment key on the spin motor with the slot in the carriage casting.
2 : Slide the spin motor forward through the mounting bracket.
3.: Push the spin motor firmly against the front locating pin and tighten the spin motor mounting bracket allen screws.
