laser problem avantra 30e

Good morning gentlemen:

1) the avantra 30e, it was filming from 2008-2009 all ok at 2400dpi/400, rip: StudioRip 3.

2) Julio - I Wither 2010 we use the rip apogee, in September 2010 the card of the rip burned (it doesn't film)

3) October 2010 install the StudioRip 3


When I film the movie it leaves opaque in you see of having been accustomed to / black, I proved installing the studioRip in 3 pc's and it continues leaving opaque.
The chemists are ok (we picked up and we veil movie 10cm, we load, we cut: it leaves accustomed to).
I send a test from avantra 30 and it leaves normal with having been accustomed to and gray.
Also film varying the intensity of the laser 2400/450, 2400/800 (it continues opaque)

Buenos dias señores del foro:

1) La avantra 30e, estuvo filmando desde 2008-2009 todo ok a 2400dpi/400 con rip: StudioRip 3.

2) Julio - Agosto 2010 utilizamos el rip apogee, en setiembre 2010 se quemó la tarjeta del rip ( ya no filma )

3) Octubre 2010 instalamos otro RIP, StudioRip 3

Cuando filmo la pelicula sale opaco en ves de solido / negro, probé instalando el studioRip en 3 pc's diferentes y sigue saliendo opaco.
Los quimicos esta ok ( recogimos y velamos pelicula 10cm, cargamos, cortamos: sale solido, ).

Mandé test desde avantra 30 y sale normal con solidos y grises.

Tambien filmé variando la intensidad del laser 2400/450, 2400/800 ( sigue saliendo opaco )

Al parecer el problema está en la filmadora avantra 30, ¿Hay alguna manera de solucionar?
