Agfa AV25 Errors 147, 148, 155

I have problem that my agfa avantra 25 is giving error on boot up.
these errors are 148, 147, 143, 155
Plz help me on this regards.
After click + button machine stuck and does not run.
Spinner sound is feeling as usual.

There is a Problem in DEC or the Supply voltage to DEC board....

You have no hand shake between DIAG IC and the DEC K4...... Please take a look at the LED on the DEC board(located under the metal cover on left hand door and power supply on top of that... ) Let me know how it Flashes...
Do you have Avdiag or unidiag?
