10 Output Device Mismatch

my agfa avantra 44e keep show this error(10 Output Device Mismatch)
some time i do about 20 job with no error some time every single job the error is show up i have to switch of machine every time is there any one can help please

Seems to be something wrong with your Output Mode ----> Attachment

my machine already is online is active it the machine is run but that error is show up
some time i have to switch off machine start up again

Here could be a Cassette Presence Sensor (reflective optocoupler at the right wall) with a bad contact in a plug, making Avantra crazy because of pair of signals - Bridge Down and No Bridge or Cassette (does not matter) come together.

44s when i use it work crazy like show take up caset full or no file left or no loud file no cut file just work evry thing wrong os there iy help about please
