    Default Media Jam Error 06

    I ran out of film before my job was done but it still said I had film but there was none left on the roll. It still shows the film fed from A to the take up cassette and I can't get it to rewind without giving me the code 06...... I can't load any new film and I can't get this to realize there is no film in the machine..... Help Please

    And how I could guess the type of your machine?
    Avantra?
    Power OFF/On done?
    Check the Drum inside and especially Cutter Assy for remains of film.
