I am running polyster plates and I am getting streaks all over my plates. I have cleaned all tanks and it looks good for about a day then the streaks come back. Does anybody have any ideas on what these streaks are

I need a photo of streaks to tell you something.
There are too many reasons to get these streaks.

Here is a result of splashing the activator at the DEV section (probably you put down the rack too fast).
The activator penetrates into the input slot and remains there, so you have an exra developing started early than the main process, plus the Activator is not fresh and oxidized yet.
This uneven pattern told me what I've seen before many times.
Clean up the input (I guess you have Avantra 20/25 OLP) because in a few days you will come to us with another problem -scratches.
