    Default Accuset 1000 service

    I need a service call on our Accuset 1000, in the Dallas,TX area. Anybody out there have someone to recommend? (media feed errors)

    Also I am trying to find a user manual and/or a service manual.

    FWIW, there is a Roller Cleaning built into the Options screen on that machine. I have a big note under my cassette to remind myself to perform the function when I change rolls.

    Have been thru Load Media which feeds about 20mm and are having media errors then?

    I'm not sure if there are restrictions on sharing the manual, but I'll see what I can get to you shortly.
