Default apogee imposition proof to xerox docucolor

    Apogee 7, Xerox Docucolour 252

Hi, hoping someone can point an Apogee novice in the right direction...
I have a secondary flow to print an imposition proof to our xerox docucolour, but it can throw out some weird colours at times - usually a whole lot darker than what they should be. If I were to print out the pdf from either acrobat or indesign I get the correct colours. The job also prints perfectly on the press.
I've had a play around with the various settings in the Apogee flow for the Xerox but usually get error messages telling me that 'x' setting doesn't match 'y' setting.
Do I need to be adjusting a setting in the workflow, or is it how the Apogee is linking up to the Xerox (which apparently needs a service engineer to change), or is it something with the Xerox set up?

I haven't run Apogee out to a Xerox device. What is the linkage? Are you running a TIFF Proofer output, or a PDF Proofer, or is there an independent task processor for your Xerox device?

I'm sure that what you have is a combination of color settings from Apogee and whatever is driving the Xerox device that is giving you undesirable output.
