Default help..?? my take-up align motor agfa 25s voltage down...

    hello everyone..

now i have problem with my avatra take-up motor, when I measure voltage from SDM board to take-up align motor the voltage is 20 VDC (without motor connected).. and then when the motor was connected, the voltage in the motor take-up align down become 8 VDC...?

    i want ask:
    1. which true voltage when the motor connected, 24VDC, 20 VDC or 8VDC..???
    2. how to solve this problem..??

the motor showing in the picure bellow http://printplanet.com/forums/attach...1&d=1325649159

    thank's..

You have to use the oscilloscope to see the amplitude of the signals and their pulse-width-modulation instead of multimeter usage.
And what's the problem? - weak motor I guess.
There are two steps I know and I've met many times:
    1. To change a couple of T/U motor parameters (available only for AGFA Service via AvDiag service programm)
    2. If in a few months after that the problem will come back - you need to change the motor.

What kind of problem do you have? What do you want to do to repair the servo motor?
