    Default Agfa Arkitex Client v7.1 no thumbnails or softproofs on one machine

    I have an Arkitex Client v7.1 that does not display thumbnails or softproofs. I tried the same user/pass on another machine and it worked. So I know the issue is isolated to that machine and not permissions for that user.

    I cleared all JAVA cache and IE cache/temp files still nothing.

    Any suggestions?
