Please excuse my poor English.

I have an agfa avantra30, now it's showing me " motor running slow" on the screen, and the motor isn't running at all.

I checked the circuit board, found and repaired some blown fuses.
The error's still there,

What sould I do?

The error is from the OLP. Doesn't matter if the error is different from the actual physical performance of the module. This is the error generated if the Motor is running slow or if it isn't working at all.
What is the history behind the blown fuses?Is it an Agfaline30 processor? If you need help, You will have to describe the problem clearly from the start. Your English is perfect, but your description of the problem is poor.

To be honest, I knew nothing about this machine, I even didn't know what it is for.
It belongs to a friend of mine.

Anyway, now I learned that the fuses control the heater and the fan. He told me that they're working now, and they weren't before I fix the fuses.

Update: I connect a line between the microprocessor and the OP-amp, and now the motor is running with no issues.
The only minor problem now that the motor decreases its speed instead of full stopping.
I guess I have to put a resistor instead of direct connection.

Farshad, you could guess that's AgfaLine machine by the error message " motor running slow"
Main motor Encoder Optocoupler issue. (IMHO)

Yeap! Then all the modification have been done on Pre-Box PCB, I assume. Optocoupler? Perhaps, but with all replacement of burnt fuses, and running new wires, I can't be sure what the original problem was.

It's time to replace Main motor relay ASAP

I have two relay boards (as a source for spare relays) with burnt wholes at the place for Main motor relay.
Incorrect calculation to get a proper relay type (contacts load of the current) caused fast spark-worn effect, overheating, mechanical clinch and final fire.
The first symthom was unstable motor speed and error messages.
Glunz&Jensen changed the type of that relay for later board version after many complaints worldwide.
Unfortunately diagnose-by-sight impossible without Prebox dismantling
