Help Colors are all messed up

using HP designject 5000 and Matchprint Rip 2.6. everyhting was fine but after changing couple of color catridges and new role the printes color is all messed up. the Gray text is printed in the middle of image as Green color, and so on.

I am new and do not know if this is the printer problem or the RIP software.
checked everything on printer and accorsing to self test, everything on printer is up to standard. color test print looks great, caliberation is done.....

do not know what the problem could be, any advice appreciated.
