Agfa Opti ink

We have had an issue with our Opti Ink server, the images supplied in Arkitek pages have lost their saturated colours and look a dull grey, we have switched Opti Ink off until this is resolved

I am not convinced server based management systems can function one day and not the next without any tinkering but that aside i would be interested to hear any feedback regarding similar issues and also has anyone ever charted the ink usage reduction as claimed by most ink saving software.
