PS - you really might want to have a in-house color seminar with all of those "designers" and show them WSIWYG is BS. Have several "calibrated" monitors set up iin several light conditionas and show the variance in color and ask them which is correct - and intrest them in a Lab color solution ...
educating customers is a great value to add, aand it will pay itself back in hours saved in prepress and press time.
