DPX 420 Paper Jam #9

Hello there,
We have a Mistubishi DPX 420. It has been running great for years. Now we are getting a Paper Jam #9 error. In the service window we are getting a loader error 112. The machine will form feed, but when we go to image a plate it goes through the motions, but will not feed the plate material into the drum. That is when we get the error.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I had a great tech in Ohio call me back with the code and was able to fix the problem. It ended up being a punch switch that needed adjusting.
