CIP3/4 with PREPS 5 to Sakurai

Can anyone direct me with the integration process for the CIP3/4 between my prepress department running PREPS/PSM8 to the press floor with a Sakurai 6 color press? This is all new to me and I have a general knowledge of what it's all about, but have no clue on what is needed to bring it all together.
