    Default Presstek Software C++ Runtime Error

    Has anyone out there ever had to re-install the Presstek GUI Software from scratch on a fresh version of Windows 2000. I have completed the necessary steps and everything looks to install successfully. When I launch NSA program I get a C++ Runtime error and the program quits. Any help would be tremendously appreciated.

    If I remember well, this happens when you try to start NSA without platesetter connected and powered on.
    So, connect the firewire, power on the presstek and try then.
