Agfa Energy Elite / Scratches & Scuffs

Hi, we have been using the plates for some time and meticulously follow a processor cleaning schedule, nothing has changed in the workflow or the way the plates are handled but the number of instances across all press' for pulling up due to clean scuff / scratches has almost doubled over the last few months, has anyone else experienced similar issues?

For the record the plates are peeled off the stacker and stored face to face and taped together, the scuffs look like the plates have rubbed together and are not in straight lines so not done in the processor etc.
