lotem 800v problem

Hi all

one of my new customer has lotem 800
and machine is down
there is no registry and database file backup(they lost)
so is it possible if l make a backup from another lotem800s and copy to the not working lotem 800
1 does it work
2 do l need to change some parameter and which one
3 l have technical manuel cd

You have very big problem!
Immediately make a copy of the hard disk of the E-box.
Another copy is not applicable to your Lotem. You have to change a lot of parameters that mean nothing to you.
The technical DVD is Techplanet and it is strictly CONFIDENTIAL of Kodak!
