CtcP Vs. UV CTP

Are the same plates?

I have been looking for a reliable answer but all i found is vague and confusing.

Do they use the same technology?

Are, actually, the same kind of plates but named differently?

for instance, I found some sources that say Chinese providers call UV CTP as CTcP.

Is this true?
