Scuming problem with 2400Dpi/ 100line screen rulling

We are a News paper & printing & publishing House.

For News paper i am using 1270Dpi with 100 Screen rulling on Agfa Polaris XCV with Agfa LAP V silver Digital plate (Size 971x618mm).

we even print some semi commercial Web jobs for Saudi Schools, for which plates are exposed in 2400Dpi With 100Screen rulling thru Agfa Gallilio.

I am experiencing Scumming problem if i ll make plates from Agfa polaris XCV under 2400Dpi with 100Screen rulling. what could be the possible causes for this issue.
Please advice.

On Both CTP we produce Agfa Lap V Silver Digital plate.

Most likely your laser power at 2400 dpi is low.
