please help me estimating the correct production cost

i am trying to figure out the cost/plate for AGFA CTP (violate) for my local area.
The cost must contain

PLATEs
ELECTRICITY
DEVELOPER Liq
Replenisher Liq
Unifin/Thermotak
Manpower

Please correct me if i am missing something here. Your help would be highly appreciable.
or is there anything else which is usable item(s)/material(s), which i have not considered.

with my research i am focus on a few important components of
the cost of processing a plate:
• The cost of the processor, including floor space.
• Cost of chemistry
• Cost of maintaining the processor
• Inventory costs
• Baking
• Waste disposal

anything else?

Quite a broad scope but also include the cost of a maintencnace schedule in terms of downtime and manpower, any service contracts on the equipment, a higher screen frequency will impact on output of plates as well.

What kind of CTPs do you have Shadab? Perhaps, Having some spare parts in stock can save you a lot during downtime.
