no it is not. I think it's something to do with the print driver on my computer. I tried it from our other computer and more of the image showed up on the plate but I didn't set it up right because I was thinking the settings where already set for that computer which is not true. On the other one you have to set it the print setting every time because they go back to default for our Business cards.

You have to use the PPD for the DPM. It is on the software CD for the Rip. It is probably also available on Pressteks website.

At this point your best bet is to get hold of either a CTP tech or someone who knows the Harlequin Rip. I'm sure there is someone who can help you in the area.

Yeah I'm new to this company and they don't print anything bigger then a 8.5x11 usually so it's been working great but we got a job with 80,000 impressions if we ran it 1-up, so I'm trying to cut that down. The press I'm setting it up for is a Multi-Graphic's 1450 so it don't run real fast, only about 800-900 ipm. My boss is gone for the rest of the day so tomorrow I'm going to take to him about the PPD. Because I'm pretty sure he set up all this stuff and He's learning as he goes. So hopefully it just needs a PPD update. I'm new at this too the only newer technology I've used is a DI and everything was already set for me I just had to use it. Thanks for all the help I'll keep you updated if I get it working.

Hey BillJ, Thanks for the help with the DPM issue. I found the PPD files and loaded them into the printer preferences and now everything is working great. Thanks again.
