difference between ps plate and ds plates

what is the difference between ps plate and ds plates

and which one is cost effect?

is that good to use on my KODAK 800 Platesetter?

i am not sure about it, if there is anything like DS plate....one of my friend told me some people are using it from china...and thats a low cost material with of 10% (-) quality.
