    nshadab,

Can you please indicate which Kodak plate you are trying to bake. And also what print application are you post baking for? type of press, press conditions, run length etc.

    Derek,

We are a plate processing house.

We are going to use Kodak GT, & Trillian (mostly), some of job requires SowardUltra (which need no baking)

in my location generally people use second hand kamori, planita,
    and use used blanket.

    nshadab,

Given that you are a plates processing house and producing plates for various press types and configurations, I would recommend that a Kodak plate specialist be called in to evaluate your needs. Once we understand your needs we can match the type of oven (conventional static oven or horizontal in-line conveyor), correct baking solution, and setup parameters. I would ask you to send me your contact info via the private message and I will have your local rep contact you about your baking needs for each plate.
