CTP Plates

Ok folks like the rest of us our buget is being cut by 5% next fiscal and we need to buy cheaper i know sometime cheaper is not better but here goes Right now we use Fujifilm printing plates LP-NV2 UV plates,

These Fuji plates run good but we pay $4.61 for our Ryobi and $2.36 for our 1250 plates
is there a better plate with a better price out there. when there the Chems that go with it that cost the most $102 per gal for replenisher and $50.42 gal for Developer
and we cant aford to buy a thermal system.

and i am trying to find a place i can get all my supplys from one vender hard to do these days.
