PlateRite Screen 8800E Problems

Question of limitations of Screen 8800E, I have a problem with printing a vertical line
across drum the line have a small movement to the right every inch or so causing a pattern is this
normal or do I have laser head issue? My experience is limited just a few months.

Attach a picture under microscope. I can be normal, but it may be abnormal- it depends.
