Hi Henry - unfortunately it's very difficult to diagnose problems with such little information and without seeing the machine. However, I can put you in touch with our Service teams if you like. The good news is that our CTP systems have excellent remote-diagnostics capabilities so that we can dial into the machine and figure out what the problem so you know what we're dealing with.
