Thanks! ¿Can you specify with names of the compatible processors and their differences? ¿And know good cheap suppliers that ship worldwide? I've been looking around but i would like recommendations in the supplier area because i can't find feedback on these things, except for this forum.
Thanks.

I can help you with every thing. Silver Halide Plates do not have many suppliers. There are only one beside Agfa. The plates run length is 5000 and the plate is inconsistent. It is OK for low quality jobs. The Polymer and Thermal Plates have many suppliers worldwide. Which one are you interested on. Do you have an import Permit? Buy some samples from them and test them if they are OK, then go for Volume. Have tried Kodak? Who is the supplier of Kodak in your country? Kaven Cazabon from Kodak can help you too. You can find his contact information below:

I'm interested in silver halide and polymer plates, but more in the first ones. I was searching around and found a chinese manufacturer of lithostar-like silver halide plates. You say this are the low quality ones?
I have contacted Kodak in my country and they sell at a pretty high price too. I need a supplier abroad that can ship, because if i go to big brands like Kodak, they make me buy from their local reseller, with no option of buying directly from them.
If you have more supplier's information please send me a PM or let me know here.
Thanks!!

I do not know what type of Print work you are involved with, I belive internet is a good source of research for finding potential suppliers. As far as I understand, you are considering 2 options:
1- To have a supplier for your Silver halide Plates.
2- Because of the high price of Plates, you are considering to upgrad your Palladio or Adding a Polymer processor to an existing Palladio with 30 MW Laser(60mW)
The second option is feasible. You will need to move to Polymer Plates soon or latter with your existing equipment. If you think we buy the Plates less than what you pay for your Plates, you are mistaking. You can't find any suppliers(Fuji, Kodak, Agfa) in North America to provide you with cheaper than what available in your Market.
I am a supplier of Equipment and not the Plates or consumables. In North America, we work with Kodak, Agfa and Fuji and Pay much higher than what you Pay in Chile.
